It's in the Mind

You will never feel frustrated if you do what is needed to make your life better. Paradoxically, feeling frustrated can make it hard to work to work for yourself because it is hard to find the energy when you are distressed. However, not taking any course of action may prolong your frustration. Remember that all of your hassles are ephemeral. Although it may take some time, things will eventually be fine. It is importance to value your time and not waste it on negativity, if you ever feel anxious, it can be helpful to take some time to relax and take a break. Moreover, holding onto something terrible for long period of time will leave you with nothing, you can instead focus on the solution and sort out the matter in calm mind. It's all about being calm in chaos. 

Having positive approach does not mean you have to be positive 24/7 and should see positive in every damn thing because it is surreal,  as there is positivity, negativity does exist as well. You just need to take the more of a Positive part. for example if a glass is half filled, you can either think that half of the glass is empty or if you see the good part, you may think "Thank god, my glass is half filled and by being grateful I have to work hard enough to fill the entire Glass. So, basically it's all about perspective. It is a skill to look good even if the situation is absurd and someone who seeks to have positive approach tends to learn this skill swiftly and becomes a Trouble shooter that makes most of your hassles figured out without making you depressed over any trouble.

There's so much Joy in doing things you should be doing for yourself. You know you deserve so much and you work so much hard to achieve it all.
