Sometimes there are moments in life when you feel empty inside and In mind just keep rolling out the shit you don't know whether you have control over it or not, It's just there is so much pressure in you, you keep thinking about the same trouble or terrific situation, which has absolutely no meaning at all, it's just your emotions, You feel why have you been brought up to this situation, you do not deserve this, it is not entirely your mistake, those situations have made you do that, you even consider yourself as a victim of misfortune and this terrific combo of such thoughts keep you all messed up, We must overcome to this, for this, we need to alter our mind but it is not possible until you get calm, so to make your mind free, you shall share your current feelings, I'm not asking you to share it only to your closed ones, It is good to share it with people who understands you well, but in such situations, it gets hard to explain what you genuinely feel and all about the mess, and if you fail to explain it utterly it worse and worse, then harder than you thought, Why take such risks when you're already tensed enough?
I'd not prefer you to share your hurdles to many people, but to you, You could have numerous source to use, like you could write a diary, sharing all your emotions without having to explain everything because you already know all of it, you just keep expressing your thoughts to yourself In addition it gets easy for you to feel free, you can also record yourself expressing all your feelings, talk to a pet, write a journal, or may be simply talk to yourself in front of the mirror, In this way you have had a conversation with a brilliant person and that is wholly you, now you also have a profound advice, you gave to yourself that is going to help you figure out everything, now as your mind is calm, you can move on doing other activities you like the most. Now the shit has been disappeared.
There are times in life when you feel damn heavy inside, and the truth is, life will keep bringing up such hard times in your life until you learn how to deal with them, still there will be hard times but you'll be able to crack your problems and it won't be that heavy. So learn to react wisely.
